These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of kozmari.com ("the Site"), owned by Kozmari S.A.C., domiciled at Av. Javier Prado Este 492, office 1503, San Isidro, Lima, Peru. By using the Site you fully accept these terms.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site offers educational and informative content on financial planning, savings and wealth management aimed at the adult Peruvian public. The materials do not constitute personalised investment advice or a specific recommendation of financial products.
2. Registration and newsletter
Newsletter registration requires providing a truthful name and email address. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each email or by writing to contacto@kozmari.com.
3. Permitted use
You undertake to use the Site in accordance with current Peruvian legislation, good faith and public order. The reproduction, distribution or modification of the content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
4. Intellectual property
All texts, images, trademarks, logos and other elements of the Site are owned by Kozmari S.A.C. or by third parties that have authorised their use. They are protected by Legislative Decree No. 822 on Copyright and by Peruvian industrial-property legislation.
5. Limitation of liability
Kozmari makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site updated and available but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors. Financial decisions adopted by the user are their sole responsibility. It is recommended to consult an advisor authorised by the SBS or the SMV before investing.
6. Third-party links
The Site may include links to pages managed by third parties (BCRP, SBS, SMV, MEF or others). Kozmari is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy policies of those sites.
7. Modifications
Kozmari reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be published in this section with the corresponding date. Continued use of the Site implies acceptance of the new conditions.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the competence of the judges and courts of the Judicial District of Lima, unless consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
