This Privacy Policy describes how Kozmari S.A.C. ("Kozmari", "we"), Tax ID 20612845793, with registered address at Av. Javier Prado Este 492, San Isidro, Lima, collects, uses and protects the personal data of users of kozmari.com, in compliance with Law No. 29733, the Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law, and its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Kozmari S.A.C., registered with SUNARP under Electronic Filing No. 14258913. For any enquiry you may write to contacto@kozmari.com or to our headquarters in San Isidro, Lima.
2. Data we collect
We collect data that you voluntarily provide through our forms (name and email address) as well as technical data generated while browsing: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, date and time of access. We do not request sensitive data.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is used to: (i) send you the newsletter and educational materials you request; (ii) reply to enquiries; (iii) improve the browsing experience and the website's content; (iv) comply with applicable legal obligations in Peru.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on the consent you grant when filling in our forms, on the performance of the informative relationship you request and on Kozmari's legitimate interest in improving its services, always within the framework of Law No. 29733.
5. Retention
Newsletter data is kept while you maintain your subscription and, once cancelled, for a maximum of 24 additional months in order to evidence the exercise of rights. Browsing data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.
6. Recipients
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with providers of email-sending, web-analytics and hosting services located in Peru, the European Union or the United States, all bound by confidentiality agreements and equivalent security measures.
7. Rights of the data subject
You may exercise at any time your rights of information, access, update, inclusion, rectification, deletion and opposition (ARCO+ rights) by writing to contacto@kozmari.com with a copy of your ID document. You may also file a claim with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit via TLS 1.3, access control, backups and activity logs) to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
9. Minors
Our services are aimed at persons over 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect data from minors.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the document. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
